Slovenia Retail Sales Growth Eases in November

In Slovenia, retail sales experienced a 1.0% increase year-on-year in November 2025. This follows an upward revision to a four-month peak of 2.4% in October. Sales of non-food items decreased to 2.2% from 4.1% in the previous month. Meanwhile, sales of food, beverages, and tobacco saw a further decline, dropping to -2.6% compared to -0.5% in October. Conversely, there was an uplift in retail activity for automotive fuel sold in specialized outlets, which rose to 6.4% from 4.6%. On a seasonally adjusted month-to-month basis, retail sales fell by 0.4% in November, a reversal from the previous month's upwardly revised 1.0% increase, which was the highest level observed in six months.
