Producer prices in Colombia rose 6.8% year-on-year in May 2026, the fastest pace since January 2025 and up from a 4.5% increase in April. Mining once again registered the sharpest price gains, with a 28.2% annual increase (compared with 16.6% in April). Industrial producer prices climbed 3.7% (vs. 2.3% in April), while costs in agriculture, livestock, and fishing eased slightly to 3.2% (from 3.5%). On a monthly basis, producer prices were up 0.8%.
