US stock markets are growing against the background of negotiations with China

On Tuesday, December 11, US stock markets show a positive trend after reports of resumption of trade negotiations between the US and China.

As of 4:30 pm London time, the Dow Jones Industrial Average grew by 0.91% to 24.646, the S & P 500 index of the largest American companies added 1.13% to 2.667, while the high-tech Nasdaq increased by 1.34% up to 7.114.

China's trade minister held trade talks with US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, and US President Donald Trump said they were very productive.

Earlier, China announced a possible reduction in duties on American cars. The countries concluded a trade truce, deciding not to raise duties until March 1, while work is underway to conclude a new trade agreement.
