Rolling Stones too expensive for U.S.

The music tabloids are making disappointing prognosis about The Rolling Stones’ latest U.S. tour. Referring to the data on ticket sales, the analysts question the success of the American tour that started on May 3 in Los Angeles Staples Center. If the sales remain unchanged, this tour can become the most disastrous one in the band history.
Some fans could take the opportunity to get the special $85 tickets after the registration on The Rolling Stones official website. But only a small part of the tickets was sold this way. The organizers decided to take this step in order to find a solution to the empty seats. But these tickets are without assigned seats: some of them will have the best locations near the scene, while the others will be spread around the arena. The rest will cost $600. Not everyone can afford to pay such a sum just for the possibility to see his idols alive.
Americans think that the tickets are extremely expensive and can be purchased only by investment banking staff. The negative sales dynamics made the concert promoter AEG to begin lowering prices.
The last year Stones’ show in London also cost its fans a fortune. Nevertheless, all the tickets were sold out in minutes. The band guitarist Ronnie Wood announced that it is no wonder the price is so high, as musicians have spent several million dollars on the tour preparations, repetitions, and scene decorations. But despite this fact, even the most devoted fans are not going to snap the tickets up.
