Jack Dorsey's success story

The 36-years-old founder of Twitter and Square Jack Dorsey has been interested in programming since he was a little boy. He was developing the logistics automation to dispatch couriers, taxis, and emergency services. Later he got the idea to run the service for sending short messages online. It took him and his companion two weeks to create a Twitter prototype, which easily won the love of millions internet users. This successful business, which regular turnover is tens of million dollars, proves that the concept is simple.
“Success is not an accidental thing. I control the company's state of affairs. I spend 90% of my spare time on communication with employees, who are not actually my direct subordinates. I always wander around the office, and that helps me to concentrate and develop my intuitive flair. In fact, when you are walking around, you think better. Moreover, every day of my life is devoted to special activity. On Monday, I solve managing problems. Tuesday is dedicated to products, technical devices, and design development. My Wednesday I spend on marketing and communications. On Thursday I meet my partners and developers. Friday is designated to corporate culture. Saturday is my day off. On Sunday I work on strategy formulation and conduct interviews. We would like to create such products that will give people a sort of super power. You might think that we are naive. But that shows our strength, not weakness. Our goal is to simplify the complicated stuff,” Jack Dorsey shared his secrets in the interview.
Such a philosophical approach to life presented by one of the most successful businessmen in the world can be useful for the newcomers as well as experienced entrepreneurs. Jack Dorsey does not rest on his laurels and in the nearest future he is going to render some absolutely new services to the world.
