Drop in if you’re around

Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych has received an official invitation from his Belarusian counterpart. During his planned visit to Ukraine, Aleksander Lukashenko has offered the Ukrainian leader to enter the Eurasian Economic Community. Mr Lukashenko noted that since Ukraine is a fraternal country to the Commonwealth of Independent States, he expresses not only the desire of Belarus, but also of Russia and Kazakhstan. Presently, Ukraine has an interest in keeping and raising the commodity turnover from the trade with the countries mentioned above.
Therefore, Ukraine reckons on getting the Customs Union observer's status in order to understand all the advantages and disadvantages of participating in the community. Meanwhile, at the Eastern Partnership summit, which will take place in November, the country is going to sign the European Union Association Agreement. Victor Yanukovych announced that Ukraine is moving towards the European integration. However, the country is ready to accept some clauses of the Customs Union contract that does not contravene Ukraine's international responsibilities. The Eurasian Economic Community of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan is supposed to be established in 2015. This alliance is going to be an advanced collaboration based on the partnership experience within the Customs Union.
