President Obama intends to attract $100 in 10 years

US President Barack Obama unveiled great plans on attraction of additional funds to the public purse. The American leader sets an ambitious task to the US government, to invite a $100 billion investment within ten years. This project is of supreme importance for the president. There are strict limitations on the terms and sum of money. The major part is to be received from the imposition of new taxes and the tightening of the existing tax regime. Moreover, the US authorities will reinforce controls over revenues of the US international corporations. In particular, industrial giants will face additional normative restrictions and will have to present more detailed reports. The first changes will be added to the fiscal 2015 budget and will apply to digital goods and surplus profit. The management and shareholders of large companies will be obligated to report about payments, dividends, and bonuses. In some cases, the size will be determined by a special government commission. Separately, the president noted the “dangerous trend” of moving production beyond the country's borders. Such a situation has a negative effect on the labor market and, as a result, on spending capacity. Barack Obama proposed to develop a legislation to make the process for the US producers more complex. Thus, the new aims of the main financial document and the current sources of financing should attract $276 billion by 2024. This amount is bigger than the previous one by 75%. The president’s new plans have already been criticized by Congress. In a draft budget for fiscal year 2015 starting October 1, the lawmakers are offered to approve a budget of $3.9 trillion with a deficit of $564 billion.
