Moscow and Kiev escape Stockholm arbitration court

Alexei Miller, the CEO of Gazprom, said that Russia and Ukraine will try to agree amicably on the gas issue until June 9.
“Both sides agreed that neither one nor the other will go to the Stockholm court. If the parties settle all the issues in the negotiations, it may not be necessary to go to the Stockholm court," he said.
The senior official also confirmed that Ukraine will not file the planned lawsuit against Gazprom.
