Estonia Producer Prices at 7-Month High

In November 2025, Estonia experienced a 1.1% year-over-year increase in producer prices, up from 0.6% in the previous month, marking the highest rate since April. Notably, costs surged in the sectors of mining and quarrying, rising to 6.3% compared to 3.5% in October. Additionally, there was a significant recovery in the prices for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply, which climbed to 10.7% following a decline of 1% previously. Conversely, costs saw a decline in sectors such as water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation activities, which decreased to 1.8% from 2.7%, and in manufacturing, which fell to 0.2% from 0.6%. The manufacturing sector was particularly impacted by reduced prices for food products, beverages, leather and related goods, and wood and wood products. On a month-to-month basis, producer prices increased by 0.2% in November, a slight deceleration from the 0.3% growth observed in the prior period.
