Pizza Hut Ventures Into Burger Business; Launches Cheeseburger Melt

Pizza Hut, a division of Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM), has introduced a special delight for burger enthusiasts with its latest addition, the Cheeseburger Melt.

The Cheeseburger Melt features a Parmesan-crusted thin crust melt, packed with beef, applewood-smoked bacon, onions, mozzarella, and cheddar, complemented by a side serving of burger sauce.

Starting today, Pizza Hut delivery agents at select burger chain drive-thrus will display a QR code on their car's back windows. Scanning this QR code will provide a coupon for a free Cheeseburger Melt and Pepsi, available while supplies last.

This promotional offer is available in Chicago, Illinois, and Miami, Florida, and runs until May 20.

The Cheeseburger Melt is part of the new "My Hut Box Offer," which allows customers to choose between Melts or a 2-topping Personal Pan Pizza, accompanied by a side of fries or four boneless wings, and a 20 oz drink. The offer also includes Melts dipping sauce and is priced starting at $6.99 at participating Pizza Hut locations nationwide.
