Natural Gas (NG)

Hello traders, esteemed colleagues at InvestSocial! NATURAL GAS - locally bearish trend with a high probability of continuation to the downside 1. Timeframe and context Analysis on the hourly timeframe (H1). Natural gas, after peaking around 7.00-8.00 (seasonal growth), experienced a strong impulsive decline with a series of long red candles and a breakthrough of all key supports. The current upward correction is extremely limited - the green candles are weak, not making new highs, volumes are low, quickly absorbed by sellers. A classic pause before the continuation of the main downward movement. 2. Market structure: Locally bearish (within long-term neutral/bearish) - Locally (H1-D1): clear bearish impulse with lower highs and lows - Upward corrections do not form a new ascending structure - Selling pressure is absolute Long-term (W1/MN) market in a descending channel after last year's peaks, current level - multi-year lows. 3. Liquidity and levels Liquidity is concentrated below current lows (buyers' stops). The upward correction gathers selling positions. Expecting testing of lower zones with stop activations and acceleration of sales. 4. Predicted movement Priority - continuation to the downside after the completion of the correction: - Testing support around 3.20-3.10 - Upon breakout - acceleration downwards to new lows Alternative (cancellation of the bearish scenario): consolidation above 3.50-3.60 with a high of new highs - possible reversal for an upward correction. 5. Movement targets (Take Profit) - short TP1 - 3.20 TP2 - 3.00 TP3 - 2.80-2.70 6. Risks and cancellation conditions - Consolidation above 3.50-3.60 - shift in priority to long positions - New highs above 4.00 - return to channel correction 7. Final conclusion Locally **bearish** - short priority on pullbacks. The market is at multi-year lows, but the selling impulse is strong. Stops must be above 3.60. Trade thoughtfully!
