Evergreen Corp. (EVGR), a special purpose acquisition company, has reached an agreement to merge with Forekast Limited. This deal values Forekast at an enterprise value of $105 million. Post-merger, the newly formed entity will be known as Forekast Group.

Forekast is a managed services provider that specializes in augmented intelligence. The company leverages AI-driven insights to optimize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve workforce capabilities.

The proposed business combination is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2024.
