Mexico experienced a decline in industrial production for September 2025, registering a 2.4% decrease compared to the same month the previous year. This follows a revised 3.3% drop in August and closely matches analysts' predictions of a 2.4% decline. It represents the sixth straight month of reduced industrial activity in the country, although at a moderate rate. When adjusted for seasonal variations, production fell by 0.4% in September, following a 0.3% reduction the month before.
