Greece Producer Prices Rise 0.1% in November

Producer prices in Greece experienced a slight increase of 0.1% year-on-year in November 2025, marking the end of a four-month deflation period and a recovery from a 1.4% decrease in October. This turnaround was largely driven by accelerated price growth in several sectors: capital goods saw an increase of 1.3% compared to 0.8% in October, intermediate goods rose to 2.5% from 1.7%, and non-durable consumer goods increased to 1.8% from 0.2%. Additionally, there was a more moderate drop in energy prices, which decreased by 2.3% compared to the previous 2.7% fall. Conversely, the growth in prices of durable consumer goods decelerated, rising by only 0.9% against the previous 3.1%. On a month-to-month basis, producer prices climbed by 1.8% in November, overturning the 0.3% decline observed in the preceding month.
