Taiwan's foreign exchange reserves climbed to USD 602.55 billion in December 2025, up from USD 599.79 billion in November, marking their highest point in three months. This rise was bolstered by gains from reserve management and fluctuations in exchange rates of major currencies against the US dollar. For reference, reserves were at USD 576.68 billion in December 2024.
