FX.co ★ Origin Energy : June Quarter Australia Pacific LNG Revenue Up 5%

Origin Energy Limited (ORG.AX, OGFGF.PK) announced that revenue from its Australia Pacific LNG sector for the June quarter increased by 5 percent compared to the previous year, reaching A$2.60 billion.

Quarterly production from Australia Pacific LNG was reported at 175.2 PJ, reflecting a 1 percent decrease from the previous year.

Electricity sales volumes for the fiscal year 2022 were consistent with the prior year, as an increase in retail sales counterbalanced a dip in business volumes.

Annual gas volumes saw a decline of 10 percent compared to the previous year, primarily attributed to reduced short-term wholesale gas sales.
