I note that its upper limit is hitting as high as 1.21 on the futures contracts, and I am carefully accounting for the spread difference with the spot market, which I observe is currently around 30 pips. I see that this dynamic is once again pushing the EURUSD quotes to show a two after the decimal instead of a one, a psychological and technical level I consider significant.
