I can't find a signal for growth on USD/CAD on the levels. Today's setup is likely to lead to a downward movement to a new minimum according to the red scenario. Since I expect growth on higher timeframes, I consider the possibility of a move as per the blue scenario. However, the chances of this happening are quite low, and even less likely in the first half of the day. Therefore, I won't rule it out, but I won't have any new long positions.
