#Bitcoin chart analysis
the BTC/USD 4-hour chart, my current view is cautiously bearish in the short term, although I would not consider the broader structure completely broken yet. Bitcoin has been trading with strong volatility, and the recent price action suggests that buyers are losing some control after failing to sustain the recovery toward the 85,000–85,700 area From my perspective, the most important development on this chart is the rejection from the recent local high. Price attempted to continue the upward movement but struggled to break decisively above the resistance zone around 84,500–85,000. After that rejection, BTC started forming lower short-term highs and eventually moved back toward the 83,200 area. This tells me that sellers are becoming more active whenever price approaches the upper part of the recent range. The Parabolic SAR also supports my short-term cautious view. The indicator has shifted above the latest candles, suggesting that downside momentum is currently gaining importance. However, I would not rely on the SAR alone. I prefer to combine it with the recent swing structure and the horizontal support and resistance levels The first level I am watching on the downside is around 82,100, which appears to be an important support area. If BTC can stabilize above this level and buyers step in, I would expect another attempt to recover toward 84,500–85,000. A successful break and sustained H4 close above that region would change my short-term perspective and could open the door toward the next resistance around 85,700, followed by the previous high near 86,900. On the other hand, if Bitcoin breaks clearly below 82,100, I would pay close attention to the next support around 80,800. A deeper correction could potentially bring price toward the 79,600 region. For me, a break below these supports would indicate that the previous bullish recovery has lost considerably more momentum and that sellers are gaining stronger control of the H4 structure At the moment, I would avoid chasing a trade directly in the middle of this range. I prefer to wait for confirmation. If price reaches the resistance zone and produces another clear rejection, that would strengthen my bearish scenario. Conversely, if BTC manages to reclaim 85,000 with strong momentum and holds above it on subsequent candles, I would become more interested in the bullish continuation scenario.
