Residential property prices in Ireland experienced a 7.5% increase year-over-year in April 2025, continuing at the same rate as the previous month and maintaining their lowest level since March 2024. This latest statistic highlights a marginal slowdown in house price growth, which slightly decreased to 7.7% from 7.8% in March. On the other hand, apartment prices witnessed an acceleration, climbing to 6.3% in April, up from 5.6% in the prior month. In Dublin, property price growth slightly reduced to 6.2% in April from 6% in March. Conversely, in regions outside the capital, prices fell modestly to 8.6% from 8.9% in March 2025. When looking at the month-over-month figures, property prices increased by 0.3% in April, following a stagnant performance in the previous month.
