Eurozone Wage Growth Hits 3-Year Low

In the third quarter of 2025, wages throughout the Eurozone increased by 3.0% compared to the same period the previous year. This represents the slowest wage growth rate since the third quarter of 2022, down from a 3.7% increase in the prior quarter. Among the Eurozone's largest economies, Germany experienced a notable decline in wage growth to 3.6% from 4.2% in Q2 2025. Similarly, France's wage increase tapered to 1.3% from 1.4%, Italy's to 2.4% from 3.4%, Spain's to 2.0% from 3.4%, and the Netherlands saw a significant drop to 3.6% from 6.3%.
