In June 2025, wages in Poland's corporate sector experienced a significant year-on-year increase of 9%, reaching PLN 8,881.84. This follows an 8.4% rise in May and surpasses market predictions of an 8.6% growth. Month-to-month, the average gross salary climbed by 2.4%, largely driven by enhanced disbursements including awards, bonuses, quarterly and annual premiums, and overtime pay. Throughout the year to date, wages have increased by 8.7% relative to the same timeframe last year.
