Euro Zone construction activity showed a mild recovery in February 2026, with output contracting by just 0.20% month-over-month, compared with a sharper 1.30% decline in January 2026. The latest figures, updated on 20 April 2026, signal a partial stabilization in the sector after a weak start to the year.

Although construction output remains in negative territory, the improvement from January suggests that the pace of slowdown is easing.
