Singapore August CPI Ticks Up to 2.3% YoY, Ending Disinflation Streak

Singapore’s consumer price inflation edged slightly higher in August 2026, with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rising 2.3% year-on-year, up from 2.2% in July 2026. The latest data, updated on 23 September 2026, mark a small but notable pause in the recent disinflation trend.
