FX.co ★ Canada Ivey PMI Falls in September

Canada’s Ivey PMI fell to 58.2 in September 2026 from 64.3 in August, undershooting market expectations of 65.2 and pulling back from its highest level since April 2022. The prices index quickened to 82.8 from 80.4, while the supplier deliveries index slipped to 39.2 from 41.5 and the inventories index eased to 58.3 from 61.4. In contrast, the employment index edged up to 56.5 from 55. For comparison, the Ivey PMI was 59.8 in September 2025.
