Indonesia’s motorbike market accelerated sharply in September 2026, with year-over-year sales growth jumping to 15.37%, according to the latest data updated on 8 October 2026. This marks a significant pickup from August 2026, when motorbike sales were up just 3.18% compared with the same month a year earlier.

The figures are based on a year-over-year comparison, where the “actual” value reflects the change in sales for the reported month versus the same month a year ago, and the “previous” value reflects the equivalent comparison for the prior month.
