FX.co ★ Schneider Electric To Invest $140 Mln Into U.S. Manufacturing Operations

Schneider Electric has publicized its intentions to funnel $140 million into its U.S. manufacturing operations. This investment is projected to generate approximately 750 new manufacturing jobs across the nation in 2024. An initial outlay of $85 million is planned to repurpose and equip a building in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and enhance manufacturing operations in Smyrna, Tennessee. The company aims to enlist an extra 455 manufacturing workers across these two locations.

Schneider Electric's investments in its American manufacturing network have surpassed $440 million since 2020.
