FX.co ★ Thailand Industrial Output Growth Hits Near 4-Year High

Thailand’s industrial production rose 4.44% year-on-year in August 2026, beating expectations for a 1% increase and marking a second consecutive month of expansion. This was the fastest pace of growth in industrial output since September 2022. However, last month the Industry Ministry revised its 2026 factory output growth forecast down to a range of 0.0% to 0.5%, from a previous projection of 1.0% to 2.0%.
