XAG/USD, SILVER

XAG/USD, SILVERSilver Forecast Silver is showing resilient price action on the H1 timeframe after a strong bullish breakout pushed the metal toward the 60.00 psychological level. Following the sharp upward impulse, price has entered a short consolidation phase around 59.31, suggesting that buyers are protecting recent gains while the market searches for fresh momentum. Although a few bearish candles appeared after the rally, the decline has remained limited, indicating that selling pressure is not yet strong enough to reverse the broader short-term trend. The chart highlights an impressive bullish recovery from the 58.20–58.30 region, where demand stepped in and triggered a series of higher highs and higher lows. This structure continues to favor buyers as long as Silver remains above nearby support levels. The latest candles reflect indecision rather than aggressive selling, which is often seen before another directional move. The Bulls Power (13) indicator remains above the zero line, confirming that buyers still maintain an advantage despite the recent pullback. However, the decreasing histogram bars suggest bullish momentum is cooling. Traders should monitor whether buying pressure strengthens again or continues to fade over the next few sessions. Immediate resistance is located around 59.80–60.00, where previous rejection candles formed. A decisive breakout above this zone could attract fresh buying interest and open the door for another upward extension. On the downside, initial support is seen near 59.10, followed by stronger demand around 58.80. Holding above these levels would keep the bullish outlook intact. From a trading perspective, patience may be the best strategy while Silver trades within its current range. Conservative traders may prefer waiting for a confirmed breakout above resistance or a bullish rejection from support before entering new positions. Risk management remains essential because increased volatility can produce sudden price swings. Overall, the H1 chart continues to favor the bulls, but confirmation is still needed before expecting another sustained rally. A successful defense of support combined with renewed buying momentum could encourage Silver to challenge the 60.00 barrier once again in the coming trading sessions.
