Gold (XAU/USD) H1 Technical Outlook – Bearish Pressure Builds Gold is showing increasing bearish pressure on the H1 chart after failing to hold the higher levels around 4390–4400. The current price is near 4339.08, while the recent structure shows lower highs and lower lows. Sellers are currently controlling the short-term momentum, and the price has moved below the important 4357.74 level. Key Resistance Levels The first important resistance is 4357.74. This level previously acted as support but has now become an important recovery zone. If buyers manage to reclaim and hold above 4357.74, price could move toward 4381.23. The next major resistance is around 4391.20, followed by the recent swing-high area near 4414–4438. A strong H1 close above 4391 could weaken the current bearish setup and open the way toward higher levels. Important Support Levels The immediate downside area is around 4320.85. If sellers break this support with a strong H1 candle and increasing volume, the next major target can be 4297.45. The 4297 area is particularly important because it could provide a reaction zone for buyers. A strong rejection from this level may create a short-term bullish correction. RSI and Momentum The RSI(14) is around 33.83, showing weak momentum and approaching oversold territory. This supports the bearish structure but also warns that a temporary pullback can occur before another move lower.

Trading Setup For a bearish setup, traders can watch for a rejection around 4357–4381. A confirmed rejection may provide a short opportunity, with 4320 as the first target and 4297 as the extension target. Stop-loss should be placed above the confirmed resistance or recent swing high according to risk management. For buyers, the safer confirmation would be a strong recovery above 4381, followed by a sustained move above 4391. Invalidation & Next Move The bearish idea becomes weaker if Gold successfully reclaims 4381–4391 and starts forming higher highs. Until that happens, the chart favors selling rallies rather than chasing price at the current low.
