EURUSD Short-Term Analysis: Our discussion centers on the present price behavior of the EUR/USD currency pair, which we are evaluating. This week, the Euro-Dollar (EUR/USD) pair displayed strong momentum movements. The impending trend is heavily influenced by key aspects such as economic news, market players' positions, and weekly options data. Before the market begins, the EUR/USD trades at 1.12026. I'm looking at the daily chart, and the pair had been range-bound until inflation data indicated stagnation. Following this, unemployment data were issued before the Federal Reserve's presentation, showing successive reductions. Many expected the combined effect of these data to bring prices down, but core inflation has remained stable. Despite expectations of highs, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 51 basis points, which will have little effect unless inflation falls further. The pair may fall to the support level of 1.09615. Today, I'm concentrating on the daily chart, which shows bulls holding strong and perhaps pushing the pair higher. The price rallied off the 1/3 angle and is now just below the top of 1.12416, which the bulls will seek to challenge. If momentum continues, they may aim for the next high of 1.13156. Following a little consolidation, I anticipate an upward movement. However, we predict a short-term decline, with the price touching 1.11747. The picture might become gloomy if no strong basis supports future expansion. Key changes might begin on Tuesday, although the US session tomorrow evening may spark growth. However, it is strange because volumes, even in textbook circumstances, signal to sell, suggesting a future increase but a reversal back to the negative. Some insiders may have early knowledge, or they are wagering on delays. Overall, the market's beginning is intriguing—it might replicate last week's, with a modest fall south before growth speeds up.
