XAUUSD H1 Chart Analysis: The price of gold (XAU/USD) continues to rise within a two-week-old bullish chart pattern, hitting $3875.53 on Friday during the Asian session. Before the crucial inflation data from the US and the Eurozone, this event enables the XAU/USD to rebound from its previous weekly decline. It's crucial to remember that the Federal Reserve's (Fed) incapacity to persuade the market to boost interest rates combines the risk-on mentality to enhance the price of gold. The gold price celebrates the poor US dollar performance to prepare for the weekly gains, even as the hawkish Federal Reserve (Fed) concerns and generally strong US data challenge the XAU/USD buyers. The XAU/USD run-up may have been influenced by the US Dollar Index's posture at the conclusion of the quarter (DXY). Despite this, as dollar bears try to test the 102.15 level, the DXY exhibits a three-week bearish trend. Every day, the price of gold trades between $3850.53 and $3885.53, displaying a bullish pennant chart pattern. the same indications that XAU/USD purchasers are preparing for the next move upward. As a result, buyers of gold must advance north in order to break through the $3885.53 barrier, preferring the metal's theoretical goal around the rising resistance line that has been in place for two months, which is now at $3915.53 as of this writing. A negative break of $3850.53, on the other hand, would go against the bullish chart pattern and may quickly push gold sellers toward $3807.53. If this is broken, the XAU/USD price might increase to its peak from early February, which was about $3790.53. These important levels force traders to wait for clear directions while following the market's trend.
