EUR/CHF

The EUR/CHF currency pair on the H1 timeframe shows a bearish bias, although currently the price is experiencing a rebound toward the 0.9213 area. This upward movement indicates an increase in buying pressure after the price dropped to near 0.9180. However, the price remains below the blue Moving Average and is testing the red Moving Average, so the bearish trend has not fully changed. The Stochastic Indicator (5,3,3) is at levels 83.58 and 67.28, indicating that the upward momentum is starting to enter the overbought area. This condition opens the possibility of a correction if buyers fail to maintain buying pressure. A SELL strategy can be considered if the price is rejected in the 0.9213–0.9216 area and a bearish candle confirmation appears. Downside targets are 0.9200, followed by 0.9190 down to 0.9180. Conversely, new BUY opportunities are more attractive if the price manages to break through 0.9216 and hold above it. A breakout confirmation could open space for an increase toward 0.9220 to 0.9230. In conclusion, EUR/CHF still leans bearish with the potential for a short-term rebound. Prioritize SELL when a resistance rejection occurs, use a stop loss, and avoid rushed entries before a confirmation of the next direction appears.
