FX.co ★ Singing Machine Inks License Deal With Zhuhai To Sell Karaoke Products In China

The Singing Machine Company, Inc., known as MICS, recently announced a nationwide licensing agreement with Chinese consumer electronics distributor Zhuhai Fullwing Electronic Co., Ltd. This deal will allow Fullwing to market Singing Machine's karaoke products all over China. As per the agreement, Fullwing will have unique distribution rights and authorization to utilize the Singing Machine brand in China in exchange for a 10 percent royalty.

Gary Atkinson, MICS's CEO, expressed excitement over this new endeavor, stating, "We recognize China's passion for singing and karaoke, understood to be the world's largest single karaoke market today." For over a decade, Zhuhai has been a strategic partner for the Singing Machine, promising a strong and established relationship for this new joint venture.
