Northrop Grumman CFO Dave Keffer To Retire

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NOC) has announced the upcoming retirement of two key executives. Dave Keffer, Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire effective February 21, 2025. Additionally, Mark Caylor, Corporate Vice President and President of Mission Systems, will retire on July 26, 2024.

Kenneth Crews, currently Vice President of Business Management and Chief Financial Officer for the Space Systems sector, has been chosen to succeed Keffer. Crews will step into the role of Vice President, Corporate Finance on July 1, and will work closely with Keffer to ensure a seamless transition. His new appointment as CFO will officially take effect on October 1, 2024.

Roshan Roeder, currently Corporate Vice President and President of Defense Systems, will take over as President of Mission Systems starting July 1. Concurrently, Ben Davies has been elected as Corporate Vice President and President of the Defense Systems sector, succeeding Roeder. Davies is currently Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division in Space Systems. The SDS division, which includes the Sentinel program, will be realigned under Defense Systems effective July 1.
