FX.co ★ Saputo : Lino Saputo To Assume Executive Chair, Carl Colizza To Become President And CEO

Saputo Inc. (SAP.TO) has announced that Lino Saputo, the current Chair of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Board of Directors about his intention to transition from his current position to the role of Executive Chair of the Board.

This transition will be effective starting August 9, 2024, coinciding with the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.

As part of this strategic transition, Saputo has appointed Carl Colizza, who presently serves as President and COO (North America), to take over the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer of Saputo Inc.

Post-transition, Carl Colizza will continue to perform his duties as President and COO (North America) in the interim. Additionally, Anthony Fata will maintain his position as the independent lead director.
