FX.co ★ EHealth Names Dolan To Replace Stelben As CFO

eHealth, Inc. (EHTH) announced on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, John Stelben, will retire and depart from the company by the end of August 2024.

Effective August 31, 2024, John Dolan, currently the Chief Accounting Officer at eHealth, will step into the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. In addition to these new responsibilities, Dolan will also serve as the company's principal financial and accounting officer.

To ensure a seamless transition, the company noted that Stelben would remain on board as an advisor until the end of 2024.
