FX.co ★ Commvault Appoints DiRico As CFO, Merrill CCO

Commvault Systems, Inc. (CVLT) announced on Monday that Jennifer DiRico will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective August 12.

Current CFO Gary Merrill will transition to become the company's inaugural Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

In his new capacity, Merrill will utilize his extensive expertise to drive the adoption of the Commvault Cloud platform, broaden the company’s market presence, and expand its rapidly growing SaaS business.

DiRico joins Commvault with nearly a decade of experience from Toast, Inc.
