FX.co ★ Eaton Appoints Paulo Ruiz As COO, To Succeed Arnold As CEO In May

Eaton Corp. Plc (ETN) has announced the appointment of Paulo Ruiz as Chief Operating Officer effective September 2, with the added responsibility of Chief Executive Officer starting June 1, 2025. Ruiz will be succeeding current CEO Craig Arnold, who is set to retire on May 31, 2025.

Ruiz has been the Chief Operating Officer of Eaton’s Industrial Sector since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Americas region for the Energy Solutions and Services division and as the President of the company's Hydraulics Group.
