Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. (AMBP) has announced the appointment of Stefan Schellinger as Chief Financial Officer, effective from September 1, 2024. Schellinger will succeed David Bourne following a transition period.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and commerce, Schellinger previously held the position of CFO at ContourGlobal plc and served as Finance Director at Essentra plc.

In pre-market trading on the NYSE, Ardagh Metal Packaging's shares are trading at $3.38, an increase of 0.60%.
