Hg, the Manager of HgCapital Trust plc, has announced a substantial investment into Ncontracts, a leading provider of integrated compliance, risk, and vendor management solutions for the financial services sector. HgCapital Trust (HgT) will commit approximately £30.7 million to Ncontracts, with other institutional clients of Hg co-investing through the Hg Genesis 10 Fund.

In a parallel development, Ncontracts has revealed its acquisition of Venminder, a comprehensive platform dedicated to managing third-party risk. Hg has effectively bought out previous shareholders of both Ncontracts, which includes Gryphon Investors, and Venminder.
