Corpay Inc. (CPAY) has announced the impending departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Tom Panther, who will vacate his position on March 15, 2025, to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer at the National Christian Foundation. In response, the company has commenced an executive search to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, Corpay forecasts that its organic revenue and earnings for the fourth quarter of 2024 will align with the guidance previously issued on November 7, 2024.
