Gallant Capital Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Government Services business of Navient (NAVI). This division, known as NGS, specializes in providing tech-enabled outsourced business processing services to U.S. federal, state, and local government entities. Among its offerings, NGS delivers essential services such as call center support, revenue recovery, program management, and payment processing for various government agencies. Gallant Capital Partners anticipates the transaction will be finalized in the first quarter of 2025.
