In February 2025, corporate employment in Poland experienced a year-on-year decline of 0.9%, bringing the total to 6.45 million individuals. This rate of decrease mirrors that of January and aligns with market expectations. It represents the 19th month in a row without any increase in corporate employment, marking the steepest decline in this period. On a month-to-month basis, employment also fell by 0.1%. Conversely, the average monthly gross salary saw a 7.9% increase from the previous year, now standing at PLN 8,613.
