Job security concerns eased significantly, evidenced by a reduction in the number of individuals anticipating rising unemployment, which fell to 14 from 21. Meanwhile, perspectives on making major purchases in the coming year remained unchanged, holding steady at -16. Inflation expectations for the upcoming year increased to 7.1% in October, up from 6.7% the month before, and anticipated mortgage rates saw a marginal rise to 3.5% from 3.4%.
