This is one of the reason why I have chose forex over stock. The forex brokers are really helping issues as the help forex traders to learn from the best traders through webinars. I have not made use of it thou but I think it will be of a great help when one should learn on webinar then practice on the demo, if the success is good then it will yield good profits.
You should first learn about forex and also on demo before you can understand and learn from the webinars. I suggest a beginner to take some lessons either from this forum or some other place you can find online. After you learn the basics and then alone you can proceed to learn the complex things about Forex trading.
