I think most of traders fail in Forex trading because of two main reasons the first reason is their lack of experience and knowledge because most of them hurry to make profits from their trading without taking the time in the learning and this is why they typically face a big loss at the beginning and the second reason is that most of them can't control easily on their emotions like greed, fear and other emotions and the no control on these emotions typically lead them to make big losses in Forex market .
On the there hand there are a bout 20% only who can success and survive in Forex market due to their good experience and knowledge which they got from their learning and practicing on this market and due to their ability to control on their emotions during the trading beside their trading with good plan, determined daily target and good strategy and this is why those traders can survive and success in Forex market, so all traders should take their time in learning before starting their real trading in Forex market .
