Trump urges UN to take action against China for COVID-19

The United States is probably one of the few countries that can criticize China. While the rest of the world is keeping silent, Washington is trying to hold China accountable for the viral outbreak of the coronavirus that went out of the country’s control and led to a worldwide contagion. During the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, US President Donald Trump delivered a speech demanding to make the Chinese government and the World Health Organization virtually controlled by China liable for the damage the pandemic had done. According to Donald Trump, China not only concealed the extent of the infection, but also did nothing to prevent its spread at the initial stage. The Chinese authorities did not cancel international flights allowing the virus to infect the world. "The United Nations must hold China accountable for their actions... Later, they falsely said people without symptoms would not spread the disease," - the American president stated, adding that more evidence suggested that China deliberately unleashed the plague onto the world. Trump backed up his words with the incontrovertible facts that the Chinese were deliberately hiding and destroying evidence of the coronavirus outbreak. The only thing that the head of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs was able to come up with in response to the accusations was an emotional speech about Washington losing reason, morality, and trust. Sadly, China was unable to provide any evidence of its innocence.
