FX.co ★ European Economic News Preview: Germany Ifo Business Confidence Data Due

Germany's business sentiment survey will be the key economic news from Europe on Wednesday. This survey, executed by the Ifo Institute, is slated to be issued at 4:00 am ET. Predictions suggest that Germany's business sentiment index might experience a jump, moving from 87.8 in March to 88.9 in April.

During the same time, data regarding consumer and business confidence from Italy will be made available. Forecasts imply a growth in the business sentiment index from 88.6 in March to 89.5 in April, while the consumer confidence indicator is predicted to increase from 96.5 to 96.9 from the previous month.

In addition to these, information on Poland's unemployment will also be released.

Last but not least, at 6:00 am ET, the Confederation of British Industry has arranged to disclose the results of the Industrial Trends survey. The order book balance is expected to show some improvement, predicted to ascend from -18 percent in March to -16 percent in April.
