FX.co ★ Skanska Bags Supplemental Contract Of $150 Mln To Build Data Center In Arizona

Swedish construction and development firm, Skanska AB, announced a supplementary award win on Friday. The deal, worth $150 million or SEK1.6 billion, involves the construction of a data center in Arizona for an existing client.

The project involves the erection of a single-story data center that spans approximately 22,700 square meters. The construction process is already underway and is set to reach completion in the second quarter of 2025.

This supplementary award will be recorded in the U.S. order bookings for the second quarter of 2024.
